These Terms of Use (hereinafter the "Terms") define the conditions of access to and use of the Sentioo service, available at sentio.fr (hereinafter the "Service").
By creating an account or using the Service, you fully accept these Terms.
Sentioo is a guest messaging automation platform for short-term rental owners and managers. The Service notably allows:
Access to the Service requires the creation of an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for any activity carried out from your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. In the event of unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately at contact@sentioo.com.

The Service uses Sentioo to generate replies to guest messages. These replies are based on the knowledge base you have configured for each property.
You remain solely responsible for the content sent to guests through the Service. Sentioo does not guarantee the accuracy or relevance of replies generated by Sentioo. It is your responsibility to review and, where appropriate, correct replies via your dashboard.
The processing of your personal data is governed by our privacy policy.
As a user of the Service, you are responsible for the processing of your guests' personal data that you integrate into the Service (names, emails, phone numbers). You agree to comply with the GDPR in the context of this use.
All elements of the Service (software, interface, texts, logos, Sentioo brand) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of the publisher.
The contents you integrate into the Service (knowledge base, information about your properties) remain your property.
Sentioo strives to ensure the availability of the Service 24/7. However, the Service may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, updates or in cases of force majeure. Sentioo cannot be held liable for interruptions of the Service.
The Service is provided "as is". Sentioo does not guarantee that the Service will be free of errors or interruptions.
Under no circumstances may Sentioo be held liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the Service, including loss of revenue, data or bookings.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at contact@sentioo.com. Your data will be deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.
Sentioo reserves the right to suspend or delete your account in the event of a breach of these Terms, after prior notice except in case of emergency.
Sentioo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
